The Grand Motoring Film Festival kicks off Thursday evening November 3rd at Hilton Head Island’s world-class Arts Center of Coastal Carolina with our signature mix of red-carpet elegance and high-octane excitement.
A VIP reception featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, special automotive art exhibit, and static displays of classic and collector cars starts off the evening at 5:00pm. When the curtain goes up attendees will enjoy a curated selection of fascinating motoring films including a world premiere of ‘Punters’, our awards program, and the headliner feature film ‘Blink of an Eye’.
Friday Screenings: November 4 will see additional screenings and Q&A sessions with filmmakers at Coligny Theatre from 9:00am to 3:30pm with short and feature length films. Thursday Showcase event pass holders will have priority seating for Friday screenings. There is no admission fee for Friday screenings however a donation to charity suggested.
The Film Festival’s closing film “Betty Skelton: Boundless” will show on Friday afternoon at 2:00PM.
Grand Motoring Film Festival official selections represent the best documentaries, web videos, short films, with entries across the landscape of automotive cinema. Films and videos were reviewed by an esteemed group of judges representing film and television, automotive, and media industries with awards to be given out on November 3, 2022.
